The duplex 160sqm (12-13p), comprises the first and second floors of a fully renovated charming village house dating from 1927. The atmosphere is cozy, Chalet-style, with spacious volumes combining tradition and modernity. It features comfortable beds, walk-in showers, a large oak farm table, a fireplace, a home theatre corner (Smart TV), Internet broadband and Wifi. Two large South-facing balconies boast magnificent views of the Valley of Meribel.

First floor:
The first floor comprises four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has parquet flooring and is equipped with RJ45 and USB jacks. A spacious room occupies the Northern end of the floor with two single beds, a wardrobe, a table and a pleasant view of the valley. The three other rooms comprise the Southern end and have a sliding door onto a large balcony overlooking the garden. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe and a table; the second has an adult size (90 x 200cm) bunk bed, a pullout bed (6-inch mattress with 35 kg/m3 density), a shelf and a closet; the third has a double bed and two cupboards. One of the bathrooms is equipped with a shower, a sink and a WC. The other has a bathtub (with shower), a sink and a separate WC.

Second floor:
The second floor boasts a large, South-facing balcony enjoying fabulous views up the Meribel valley. It comprises a large and luminous living-room with a fireplace, a lounge-diner area, a fully fitted kitchen and a home theatre corner. It has also a bathroom with a shower, sink and separate WC. The kitchen is well-equipped with worktops and household appliances (*). The dining area has a large oak farm table, seating 14, and a sideboard. The lounge is furnished with a number of comfortable sofas in microfibre, armchairs, poufs and coffee tables. The sound bar permits wireless connections from most mobile electronic devices for music streaming. A large alcove houses the TV corner. A sofa bed (5.5-inch mattress with 50 kg/m3 density), attached to a chaise longue-trunk, faces the Smart 48'' TV, connected to a sound bar and subwoofer. The Netflix subscription is included.

(*) Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, hood, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, kitchen utensils, pressure cooker, raclette machines, dishes and cutlery.

Mezzanine:
The mezzanine has a Velux window and two single beds (90 x 190) that can be grouped. It is equipped with RJ45 and USB jacks.

Additional amenities:

Secure digicode-controlled access, washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, games, deck chairs.
Linen and towels are provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Hot water, electricity and oil-fired heating all inclusive. Cots and highchairs are available on demand. The apartment is no smoking and pets are not permitted.

Special provisions covid 19

Cancellation and Refund policy for health reasons

Roc & Arole or the Client may cancel or postpone the booking in the following cases:

• the prohibition of any movement, imposed by the competent French administrative authorities or by those of the Client's country of main residence, for health reasons, making access to the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole, impossible, on the dates of the Client’s booking;
• the official closure of the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole on the dates of the Client’s booking, by the competent authorities, for health reasons;
• the closure of the ski area and the ski lifts in the resort, by order of the competent administrative authority, for health reasons, on the dates of the Client's booking, provided that this administrative closure takes place during the opening period of the ski area

Roc & Arole or the Client shall notify the other party as soon as possible of the impossibility of performing its contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Cancellation of the booking due to the present clause shall not be subject to any charge invoiced by Roc & Arole. The sums already paid by the Client (deposit or down payment) shall be returned by Roc & Arole within 60 days from the notification of the impossibility to perform the contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Roc & Arole cannot be held liable in the event of cancellation or postponement resulting from a case of the present clause.
