'Tsaré Garden': Apartment for 6 people, in the heart of the charming village of Chandon .

The apartment (70 sqm) occupies the garden floor of a fully renovated, charming village house dating from 1927. The atmosphere is cozy, combining tradition and modernity, with spacious volumes. The apartment features a wood burning stove, Smart TV (Netflix included), Internet broadband and Wifi (RJ45 and USB jacks in each room) and very comfortable beds. The Southerly aspect benefits from a sliding door opening onto a patio overlooking a garden.

The apartment consists of two large bedrooms with parquet flooring and an open plan, tiled kitchen / dining area / living room. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The second bedroom has two twin beds (90*200) and a wardrobe. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, which has bath (comprising shower) and a sink. The kitchen is well-equipped with worktops and household appliances (*). The dining area has a table seating 6 and a buffet. The living room includes a sofa bed (5.5-inch mattress with 50 kg/m3 density), two armchairs, a wood stove, and a Smart TV 40'' connected to a sound bar and subwoofer.

(*) Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, hood, microwave oven, washing machine, coffee-maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, raclette machine, dishes and cutlery.

Additional amenities: Secure digicode-controlled access, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, games.

Linen and towels are provided and beds made up for your arrival. Hot water, electricity and electric floor heating are all inclusive.

The apartment is no smoking and pets are not permitted.

Special provisions covid 19

Cancellation and Refund policy for health reasons

Roc & Arole or the Client may cancel or postpone the booking in the following cases:

• the prohibition of any movement, imposed by the competent French administrative authorities or by those of the Client's country of main residence, for health reasons, making access to the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole, impossible, on the dates of the Client’s booking;
• the official closure of the accommodations offered for rent by Roc & Arole on the dates of the Client’s booking, by the competent authorities, for health reasons;
• the closure of the ski area and the ski lifts in the resort, by order of the competent administrative authority, for health reasons, on the dates of the Client's booking, provided that this administrative closure takes place during the opening period of the ski area

Roc & Arole or the Client shall notify the other party as soon as possible of the impossibility of performing its contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Cancellation of the booking due to the present clause shall not be subject to any charge invoiced by Roc & Arole. The sums already paid by the Client (deposit or down payment) shall be returned by Roc & Arole within 60 days from the notification of the impossibility to perform the contractual obligations due to the present clause.

Roc & Arole cannot be held liable in the event of cancellation or postponement resulting from a case of the present clause.
