Come to learn how to cook "les bugnes", our traditional sweet crisp pastry. The initiation is offered by the folk group l'Alluetaise. Bring your rolling pin and do not forget your good mood!

- 6 eggs
- 8 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g butter
- 40 cl of cream
- 1 kg of flour
- 1 package of yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
1. Mix the eggs and sugar (including vanilla sugar)
2. Melt the butter, remove from the heat, cool, before adding to the egg & sugar mixture.
3. Add the cream and stir well
4. Sieve flour into the mix and add the yeast and salt
5. Allow the mix to rest for 2 hours
6. Roll out the dough fairly thinly, cut with a roller
7. Cook in hot oil
8. Drain and sprinkle with icing sugar
