Zero waste Coaching "do it yourself"
A lively and interactive workshop to identify our real needs. Preparation and Workshop: make your own care oil. Warming up by the Do-in and small Zen Shiatsu of the face.
Méribel Tourist Office and Magali invite you to discover this free activity during Zen Altitude. You will find all the year Magali's acitivity on: www.sejour-coaching-nature.fr
Life Coach and Yoga Teacher Magali creates a caring and relaxing environment to help you identify what your current needs are. Through mindfulness exercises, she invites you to find within yourself the resources to arrive at the fundamentals.
She has also been a Zen Shiatsu practitioner for more than 10 years and shares her experience by inviting you to take care of yourself with the stimulating Makko-ho warm-up, the warming patting of the Do-in and a simple introduction to practising Zen Shiatsu on yourself.
What is the Zero Waste & Well-being approach? This is an innovative combination advocating a return to simplicity.
Magali, yoga teacher and Nature activist, "Zero Waste" proponent, has created the "Zero Waste in the Mountains" group and for over a year and has hosted "Zero Waste" workshops in les 3 vallées. Her original approach combines Magali’s experience in life coaching and the self-knowledge derived from yoga and Zen Shiatsu with natural skiils of hands-on, manual and creative to offer tips and tricks to consume better with less waste, and make more ourselves. Today we will prepare a moisturising balm with only a few, quality organic ingredients and a reusable container.
Magali seeks simplicity and conviviality by offering workshops that are opportunities for sharing. Her goal is to bring people together and motivate them about the common goal of Better Consummation.
